Each month, your website and its search data are checked, and you get the findings in plain words.
Smeo Grow: ongoing optimisation. Planned.
Launching a website is the start. Grow is planned for the work that comes after: finding what could be better, proposing changes you approve, and reporting honestly on what happens next. It is not built yet, and this page says exactly where it stands.
ContentStation is the agency platform that runs SEO blog content for agency clients.
Smeo Grow is the plan to bring that work to SMEO websites. SMEO is not connected to ContentStation yet, so for now Grow is planned, not something you can switch on.
To confirm before launch: How to describe the relationship between SMEO and ContentStation (for example, the same company, a sister service or a partner).
Five steps, all planned. None of it is built for SMEO websites yet.

Each month, your website and its search data are checked, and you get the findings in plain words.
02
Changes are suggested for your pages, so that search engines, and the AI tools people now ask, can understand what you do and where you do it.
03
Each suggested change goes through ContentStation's own review and quality checks before you see it.
04
Only the changes you approve are published. Nothing in Grow publishes automatically, and you can turn any change down.
05
After a change is published, its page is watched, and the change can be rolled back if something is wrong.
All planned. None of it is built for SMEO websites yet.
Planned
What was done each month, kept apart from what was observed: search clicks, impressions, click-through rate, enquiries and AI referrals that can be identified. Each figure shows how much data it is based on, with a note when the time of year may explain a change.
Planned
A set number, each approved by you. Anything more is optional paid help, agreed first.
Planned
Everything in Smeo Start, with up to 15 pages and three 10GB mailboxes.
Planned
An optional add-on at £50 + VAT a month: 2 blog drafts written for your business and 8 social posts a month, each approved by you before it is used.
Nobody can honestly promise a top spot on Google or a mention in an AI answer, so Grow does not. There is no made-up GEO score either.
A better month is not always proof that a change worked. Small numbers and busy seasons can mislead, so reports say how much data sits behind each figure and keep the work done apart from the results.
ContentStation would look after what Grow includes, its billing and its own checks before anything reaches you. SMEO would not run a second set alongside them.
To confirm before launch: That ContentStation's option to publish a managed draft by itself, five days after notifying the client, is off for SMEO customers, so Grow publishes only what the customer approves.
Can I get Grow now?
No. Smeo Grow is planned. SMEO is not connected to ContentStation yet.
What would it cost?
The proposal is £49 + VAT a month for Smeo Grow, which includes everything in Smeo Start, with up to 15 pages and three mailboxes. The Content add-on would be £50 + VAT a month on top, as a test. Neither is available to buy yet.
Will Grow change my website without asking?
No. Grow is planned to propose changes and publish only the ones you approve. You can turn any of them down, and a published change can be rolled back.
Will Grow get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise that, so we do not. Grow is meant to keep improving the things that help search engines and AI tools understand your website, and to report plainly on what changes and what does not.
Do I need Grow?
No. A clear website, kept up to date, does a lot on its own, and blog posts and the basic search settings are part of every plan. Grow is for businesses that want ongoing search and content work on top.
Grow comes later. A clear, checked website comes first, and you can start one now.
